Mary Quinnette Cuene is a learning facilitator in the Business Technology Department at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College
(NWTC), Green Bay. At NWTC, Ms. Cuene served as Faculty President for five years and has participated in numerous college
committees/groups. She is a past board member of the Bayland UniServ, and past Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC) Political Action Committee member.
Ms. Cuene was appointed to the Wisconsin Technical College System Board in 2003. During her tenure on the Board,
she has served as President, Vice President, and as a member of the WTCS Workgroup on the Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS), the Joint UWS/WTCS Committee on Baccalaureate Expansion (COBE), and the Tuition Workgroup. She
has also represented the Board on the Wisconsin State Higher Educational Aids Board. Ms. Cuene serves on the UW Board of Regents as the WTCS representative.
Ms. Cuene received her B.S. from UW-Green Bay and her M.S. from UW-Milwaukee. She has done post-graduate work at UW-Milwaukee
and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute.
