Vanessa Pickar is a student at Western Technical College in LaCrosse where she is currently enrolled in the Technical Communications program. She previously served as the President of Wisconsin Student Government and was the student government representative to the Technical College Board Budget Committee. She is employed as a Youth Care Worker for the LaCrosse Family and Children’s Center. Pickar resides in West Salem, Wisconsin.
