Grants

The Wisconsin Technical College System awards funds to technical colleges and community based organizations under these major grant areas:

Adult Education and Family Literacy (AEFL) Act

Expand educational opportunities for adults and encourage the establishment of programs of adult education, which will assist educationally disadvantaged adults.

Carl D. Perkins (Carl Perkins III) Act

Improve educational programs and services leading to academic and occupational skill competencies needed to work in a technologically advanced society, especially for special populations students, program improvement, non-traditional occupations, pre-technical, and work-based learning.

General Purpose Revenue (GPR)

Provide competitive and targeted grants for Wisconsin Technical Colleges.

Work-Based Learning Grants for Tribal Colleges

Support work-based learning projects at the tribal land grant colleges of Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College and the College of the Menominee Nation.
