Kathleen Cullen has held the position of Vice President for Teaching and Learning with the Wisconsin Technical College System Office since January of 2005.  In this role she provides leadership and administrative oversight for the development and delivery of over 300 technical college educational programs, student services and assessment, economic development and adult basic education.

Previously, Ms. Cullen was the Associate Vice President for the Office of Instruction where she directed the development, implementation, modification and discontinuance of programs and course offerings in order to meet the needs of Wisconsin business, industry and labor.  In all, Ms. Cullen has over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education.

Ms. Cullen earned her B.S. and M.S. in Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
