Office of Management Services

Norman Kenney, Associate Vice President

The Office of Management Services provides the support services necessary for the operation of the Wisconsin Technical College System Office.  These services include accounting, human resources, payroll and benefits, facilities and information technology.

Specifically, the Office is responsible for:

  • Internal accounting and budgeting;
  • Procurement;
  • Grant accounting and audit including grant awards and financial reporting;
  • Travel accounting and processing;
  • System Office facilities management;
  • Employee payroll benefits and time reporting;
  • Human resources;
  • Personnel policy and contracts;
  • On-site civil rights compliance reviews;
  • Local area network management;
  • Domain-wide services (e-mail, virus scanning, system backups, security, network printing, document imaging and web services); and
  • Hardware and software support and technical assistance.

The Office of Management Services reports to the WTCS Vice President for Finance.
